Anna Chaykina is a Partner at LEGAL PRO heading Employment law practice. Anna advises clients on Employment, Immigration and Corporate law. She also assists clients in M&A projects. Anna has over 8 years of experience in advising Russian and international clients
on Employment and Immigration law.
Together with her team she works on the projects related to hiring, transfer and dismissal of companies’ top managers, comprehensive HR health checks of the companies, projects on optimization of companies’ organizational structures. She also offers legal assistance on employee investigations of employers and restructuring of companies’ management bodies, structuring relations of clients with contractors. Anna is convinced that deep understanding of clients’ needs, and circumstances are the keys to the solution to their questions. She also thinks that it is important to understand both sides of every conflict in order to find smooth and efficient solution.

For more than 30 years, Dr. Thomas Rihm has advised and represented individuals in various employment matters, including transactions and agreements, litigation and arbitration, and informal negotiations. He is well-versed in labor and human resources laws and is a frequent author and speaker on Swiss and international employment issues. Thomas earned his law degree from the University of Basel and also holds a Certified Public Accountant recognition in the United States. Before founding Rihm Attorneys, he practiced with international law firms in Zurich and Basel, worked in the Roche legal department, and was a foreign associate with KPMG in New York and Gibbons in New Jersey.
Benjamin Biere, co-founder of Krebühl Biere Rechtsanwälte, studied law in Berlin and Madrid, and practices exclusively in the field of labor law. He is recommended by works councils as a competent adviser and a diplomatic and assertive negotiator. In the case of a dispute, Benjamin's involvement on a conciliation board is invaluable for a successful negotiation. The negotiation of termination agreements and litigation is one of Benjamin's strong points. Even former opponents of negotiations appreciate his constructive negotiation.
Marie-Cécile de la Chapelle was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1993, and represents client across a broad range of employer-employee matters. She earned degrees in employment law and social security, and now teaches at the CNAM in Paris. Marie-Cécile has authored of several articles in the RF Social magazine.
Peter Krebühl, founding partner of the law firm Krebühl Biere Rechtsanwälte, studied law in Freiburg im Breisgau. Workers and managers appreciate his bargaining power in negotiations on company agreements and social plans as well as in resolving conflicts in contract execution. Peter is a highly recognized lawyer in labor law and is regularly involved in the resolution of disputes between employers and works councils.
Karen Durand-Hakim was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998, and represents clients in a variety of employment-related issues. She earned a Master degree in private law, Paris XI and Master II degree in Economic Law and Competition Law, Paris XI. Trained in the collaborative process, Karen favors methods of amicable conflict resolution to negotiate disputes and obtain the best possible results for her clients. She also regularly presents on topics related to social law.
Josephine heads up the employment law team at Slater and Gordon Lawyers in Edinburgh.
She qualified as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand in 2002 and qualified in the UK as a solicitor in 2010 and so has a number of years' experience working across different jurisdictions. Josephine is a discrimination expert and has experience acting for whistleblowers, particularly senior executives in the City, and across other organisations, including in the public and voluntary sectors. Josephine has conducted a number of high value settlements in these areas as well as successfully litigated claims in the Employment Tribunals.
Josephine was recently invited by the Franco British Lawyers Society Limited and Queen Mary University of London in Paris to speak to their delegates on whistleblowing protections within the UK. She regularly appears on TV and radio providing advice and expert commentary in respect of employment issues in the media.
While she now works predominantly in the private sector, regularly acting for executives and seeking to resolve disputes amicably, she also has considerable litigation experience in the public sector as a result of her time as an employment litigator for Treasury for five years before to joining Slater and Gordon. Josephine’s practice encompasses all aspects of employment law.
