Thomas Rihm

For more than 30 years, Dr. Thomas Rihm has advised and represented individuals in various employment matters, including transactions and agreements, litigation and arbitration, and informal negotiations. He is well-versed in labor and human resources laws and is a frequent author and speaker on Swiss and international employment issues. Thomas earned his law degree from the University of Basel and also holds a Certified Public Accountant recognition in the United States. Before founding Rihm Attorneys, he practiced with international law firms in Zurich and Basel, worked in the Roche legal department, and was a foreign associate with KPMG in New York and Gibbons in New Jersey.
